SHIPPING

Free Priority shipping — US orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with insurance. 

If you want your order faster, USPS Express mail is $25.

For international orders, please email info@estynhulbert.com for rates. Please note that any customs or import duties, fees or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

AVAILABILITY

I keep a selection of items in stock, and those pieces ship within 2 business days.

Many pieces are made to order, allowing me to customize the design to suit your needs. These pieces may take up to several weeks to ship. Specific shipping information is listed in the item description.

Contact me if you need a piece in a hurry. I offer rush service for an additional fee, based on the availability of materials and how much time is needed to make your piece. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to an address in New York State.

SPECIAL ORDERS

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders.

KLARNA - PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS

I offer Klarna as a payment option, which allows you to pay in 4 interest free installments but receive your item immediately. Simply select Klarna in the payment options during checkout. Find out more at klarna.com.

RETURNS

I want you to feel beautiful. If for any reason you don't love the jewelry you've ordered, please email me within 3 days of receipt to arrange for exchange or return of any unworn piece in original condition (less shipping). 

If you're giving a gift and need a few more days for your lucky giftee to try it on, contact me when you place your order to arrange an extension.

Make sure you use a method of insured return shipping that provides tracking, as return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling on returned items are non-refundable.

Once a return is received and approved, the refund will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Sample sale items and custom orders are final sale. 

MATERIALS

Each piece is handmade with care and attention. 

Every pearl and stone has its own character, making each piece of jewelry unique. There may be some natural variations between the piece shown on the website and the piece made for you.

If you like a design but would prefer it in a different colored pearl or your favorite gemstone, contact me to discuss a custom order. I'd love to make a special piece for you.

PHOTOS

Be aware that photos don't always show colors precisely, especially since your screen settings may be different than mine. However I make every effort to show the jewelry in different settings and lights. 

If you're uncertain, contact me and if the piece is in stock I'll send you some more pictures to help you with your decision.

REPAIRS

In the event that your jewelry should need repair within 6 months of purchase and after normal wear, please email me to arrange for return for repair. 

As with returns, make sure you use a method of insured shipping that provides tracking, as shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

If your jewelry has been broken or damaged outside of normal wear, a repair charge will apply and I'll notify you once the item has been assessed before proceeding with the repair.

JEWELRY CARE

Clean your jewelry using a soft toothbrush, warm water and mild liquid soap. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth and let the jewelry air dry completely before storing it.

Avoid storing your jewelry in humid locations such as bathrooms. Try to avoid getting perfume or lotion on your jewelry as it can affect the patina of your piece, especially the lustre of pearls.
